Popped or chipped concrete:
(Industry standard before repair or replacement is a minimum of 20% of any given section of work we did within 90 days of the day the concrete was poured)
Cracked concrete:
(Industry standard is repair or replacement if crack has 3/16" in separation or height difference within 90 days of the day the concrete was poured)
Warranty issues will be addressed during the months of July, August, and September. If we are unable to service you during these months we will service you the following year (Even if your warranty has expired) providing you must have contacted us & one of our technicians must visit the site to document the issue, before your warranty expires. Any calls for warranty work after your warranty expiration date will need to be estimated and scheduled accordingly.
We do offer optional cure'n'seal concrete sealer to be applied within 24 hours after concrete is poured. This helps cure your new concrete and give you more longevity against any popping or flaking. We offer many different gauges of wire mesh to be installed which helps prevent any unexpected cracks in your concrete flatwork from separating or shifting
